What is an RC crawler?
An RC crawler is a remote-controlled vehicle designed to navigate challenging terrain, mimicking real off-road driving. Our 1/18 scale crawlers, including models like the Traxxas TRX4-M Defender or Bronco, are ideal for tackling our detailed canyon diorama.

How does the course work?
Our 14' x 6' diorama features a realistic canyon landscape with water crossings, bridges, and rocky paths. Guests use our RC crawlers to navigate the course, with two expert trail guides providing instruction and support for a fun, engaging experience.

What is included in the service?
Our standard package includes:

A mobile trailer with the canyon diorama
10 RC crawlers (including Traxxas TRX4-M Defender and Bronco models)
Two professional trail guides
Two hours of entertainment
Additional time or customizations can be arranged upon request.

How much does it cost?
Please contact us for pricing for your particular venue, extended sessions or special requests.

How long does setup take?
Setup takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on the venue it can be a little bit longer. We recommend allocating at least one hour before the event for preparation.

What space is required for the course?
The course measures 14' x 6' when setup, the total suggested area for optimal setup should be 20' x 20'. We can adapt to smaller spaces, though this may limit some features. The collapsed trailer measures 8' x 4' Please discuss access points and venue details with us prior to booking.

Is it suitable for all ages?
Our course is designed for guests age 10 and up.

Do guests need prior experience with RC vehicles?
No experience is required. Our trail guides provide hands-on instruction to help guests of all skill levels navigate the course confidently.

Can the course be customized?
Absolutely! We can tailor the course or add features to align with your event’s theme or goals, such as team-building challenges for corporate groups. Contact us to discuss your vision.

What types of events is this suitable for?
Our mobile RC crawler course is ideal for birthday parties, corporate team-building events, company picnics, festivals, and more.

Can the activity be tailored for team-building purposes?
Yes, we can design specific challenges or competitions to promote teamwork, problem-solving, and collaboration, tailored to your team’s objectives.

Is there a maximum number of participants?
For the best experience, we recommend up to 10 participants per session to ensure everyone has ample time with the RC crawlers. For larger groups, we can arrange rotating shifts or additional setups. If any of your guests have their own 1/18th or smaller scale vehicle they are welcome aboard, as long as our Guides inspect and deem them safe for the course.

How do I book the service?
Contact us via phone or email, or use the booking form on our website. We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee. Please review our terms and conditions for details.

Are there any safety concerns?
Safety is our priority. Our RC crawlers operate at low speeds, and the course is designed with safety in mind. Our trail guides supervise all activities, though guests should follow instructions to minimize minor risks.

What happens in case of bad weather?
Our setup is weather-resistant, but severe weather may require adjustments or rescheduling for safety. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.
