BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit ($375) is required to secure your date and time.
The remaining balance ($375) is due 48 hours before the event via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card.
Events are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations
Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you cancel within 7 days of the event, the full balance ($750) is due.
We reserve the right to cancel due to severe weather or mechanical failure — full refund issued.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule if requested 7+ days in advance.
Reschedules within 7 days: $100 fee.
Event Details
2-hour event for up to 10 drivers (ages 10+).
We arrive 30 minutes early to set up.
Client must provide a flat, clean outdoor space (driveway, yard, or parking lot) at least 20x20 ft.
Indoor events not permitted (dust/damage risk).
Liability & Safety
Drivers must follow staff instructions.
No food, drinks, or shoes on the course.
Parents are responsible for supervising children.
Rocky's RC Outpost is fully insured — certificate available upon request.
Damage Policy
Normal wear and tear is expected.
Intentional damage or loss of equipment will be charged at replacement cost (e.g., TRX-4M = $180/vehicle).
Travel
Included within 25 miles of [Your City, CA].
$2/mile beyond 25 miles (round trip).
